Managed the day-to-day operations of a 125-member 501(c)(3) NYS accredited Advanced Life Support agency. Developed both short & long term goals for the agency in conjunction with cross-functional team of University officials from Dean of Students to Health Services to promote strong campus relationships & proper planning. Oversaw & managed a yearly budget of $300,000 including accurate recognition and forecasting of revenues & expenses. Lead Medical Command at large scale incidents & standbys with 8,000+ attendees, coordinating preparedness exercises, managing staffing of treatment & triage rooms, control room facilitation & leading post-event evaluations. Fundraised over $10,000 in agency contributions in one month to establish Harpur’s Ferry’s first endowment. Served as liaison between agency and NYS Bureau of EMS to ensure member and agency compliance with current trainings, certifications, local/regional/state regulations and all agency audits.
