Compassionate coaching. Empowering burnt out women in the third sector to step away from overwhelm and into their power as purposeful change makers. Using my 15 years of experience of professional activism in the third sector along with my skills as a coach and mediation and mindfulness facilitator, I am on a mission to use my knowledge and experience to empower you to be the best version of yourself, to show up and fulfill your purpose - without the burn out.The activist in me is still going strong and I'd love to hear from anyone who has a project, short term contract or freelance work that I might fit the bill for to sit alongside my coaching work. Ideally something in the third sector, climate, women, refugees, wellbeing... but open to suggestions!
