With extensive experience spanning over a decade in the California cannabis industry, including co-founding and leading the nationally recognized Green Rush Consulting, I am now dedicated to advancing social impact through my ventures, Kalisto House and Kalisto Group out of St. Louis, Mo. Kalisto House, a unique 420-themed guesthouse and event space in St. Louis, operates as a safe space and refuge for healing, plant medicine, and community connection. Combining concierge services with a focus on wellness and education, Kalisto House immerses guests in transformative experiences that bridge local culture with the heart of the cannabis movement. It was proudly featured at the Cannabis Tourism Association's Global Summit, highlighting its unique role in the industry.Kalisto Group extends this mission by bridging the gap between corporate cannabis and social impact initiatives that foster meaningful change. By integrating community-building strategies and impactful programming, we help businesses enhance employee retention and profitability, proving that doing good is also good for business. My expertise includes project management, team building, relationship management, strategic business operations, vision development, and license application success. During my time with GRC, I built a team that led and won state license applications nationwide, scaling the company’s revenue from $300K to $3 million in just three years. I am most proud of our creation of the Application Accelerator Program, an automated license application tool that supported over 100 social equity applicants in Illinois in applying for the state lottery. Community giveback has always been at the core of my work, demonstrated by my efforts in bringing the Cannabis Business Licensing Bootcamp to St. Louis, which earned me the Minorities for Medical Marijuana's 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year award. Most recently, I served as the Connecticut State Social Equity Accelerator's Program Coordinator through Oaksterdam University. I now act as the National Director of Social Cannabis Brands for M4MM and continue to serve on advisory boards for M4MM, The Social Impact Center, and The Cannabis Impact Fund by Cannabis Doing Good.I am also the proud mother of a high-energy, high-needs child, where I lean deeply into the world of natural healing to support his growth and well-being.I remain passionate about guiding new entrepreneurs through the complexities of the cannabis industry while making resources and knowledge more accessible through innovative solutions.
