Oversees all branding and communication for Blackberry Farm related brands including Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, Blackberry Farm Brewery and Blackberry Farm Shop, creating and executing strategy that impacts room revenue, retail success, guest experience and recruitment.

Direct and oversee all aspects of marketing via the translation of overall product category strategy into channel strategy for all brands that include Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain and Blackberry Farm Brewery with focuses on real estate, wellness, retail, adventure, music and food and wine, and the oversight of an 8-person marketing team. Secure and cultivate all major partnerships.

Managed and led all aspects of marketing and communication efforts focused on building brand identity, awareness and value, to include developing and implementing marketing and sales plans and programs, driving digital and traditions marketing strategies, creating all marketing materials/collateral, and ensuring that all consistent messaging aligned with organizational vision and values, while overseeing the activities of 4 direct reports, leading the team in diverse events from food and wine to athletic and art-related events, and managing all public relations and media relations for the company.
