As the Head of Digital Product at Pershing X, I am responsible for delivering a multi-custody, advisory platform that puts advisors’ experiences at the forefront and offers a wide range of BNY Mellon capabilities. With over 20 years of experience with various advisory teams at BNY Mellon I’ve had the privilege of deeply understanding advisors needs and am driving a platform that will optimize our clients experiences. I have a cross-application vantage point and can see how advisors and clients’ experiences can be transformed by working across the tech stack.Prior to my current role, I was the Director of Product and Strategy for managed account solutions, I lead a team that provides product and technology solutions to help advisors support and offer managed accounts to their investors. I began my career in Operations at Pershing, so I have a unique perspective on our business. I know first-hand what it takes behind the scenes to deliver a consistent, easy-to-use client experience. As I continued to gain more experience and responsibility, I took on new roles within the organization and found my passion: leading a team.I firmly believe that hard work, commitment, and effort are key factors to success. I enjoy coaching my team, supporting them as they push the envelope for our clients, and celebrating their accomplishments both big and small. Keeping our solutions competitive and taking on new challenges are what keep my job exciting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially coaching and cheering on my three kids from the sidelines of a soccer field or basketball court.
