My name is Sarah Chesek, and I am a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I studied Communication with a minor in Creative Writing. As a writer and editor, I have experience in both news and feature writing. I served as the news editor for my campus paper, The Echo, for two and a half years, and I contributed to a multimedia publication called Rising Rock, where I honed my skills in Adobe Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop.Throughout my college career, I've worked as a barista and currently hold the position of shift leader. I was also a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, served as an Orientation Leader, and participated in Freshman Senate. These experiences taught me valuable leadership skills that enhanced my effectiveness as an editor.I am passionate about writing and aspire to create stories that inspire positive change in society.
