I've worked at a "top 4" financial services company and a FTSE 100 retail company.I’ve co-founded a creative agency, raised millions of dollars, had Netflix as a client and featured in Forbes. I’ve lived on 3 continents, bought multiple properties and travelled the world.But it hasn’t been an easy ride. I spent years living to impress people, rather than serve them.I worked 15 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 5+ years.I was lonely, sick and depressed. Eventually I hit burnout. I ignored the red flags along the way. I thought I could cope. Then one day I couldn’t. And I lost everything. But, with help from a brilliant coach, I worked my way out of the darkness. I came to understand what a purposeful life could look like, on my terms. And now I am helping others do the same.
