Leading, developing and expanding service offerings of the Employment Pathways Program, Solve Disability Solutions. This agile program offered Vocational Assessment & recommendations and workplace injury interventions, to assist people with disability in seeking training, work experience and the sourcing and sustainment of employment. The project was initially enabled through philanthropic grants.

Sarah worked as a part time Access Consultant & part time Occupational Health Consultant.Projects included new building works, renovations/refurbishments, fit outs, relocation of existing buildings, workplaces and landscaping assignments in hospitals, hotels, apartments, banks, recreational & aquatic environments.Services included:- Provision of technical compliance reviews of project designs- Conducting worksite assessments to assess design functionality and access- Conducting onsite compliance audits- Attending multidisciplinary project meetings to report on Project Compliance Requirements.
