About Sarah Clark

As Global Head of Data Management for one of the largest Pharma companies, I managed the footprint transition of Data Management from the US and CH to one team in India. I am currently on International assignigment in Hyderabad. As part of the transition I helped harmonize processes and job titles across multiple divisions. I also managed the consolidation of multiple DM vendors down to two and helped with the roll out of a new EDC system all in the course of a year. I now look after the biggest Pharma DM team run almost entirely from India, with the biggest pipeline and 500+ active studies. I have delivered productivity savings running to several millions and our cycle times are better than previous years. I have also worked with my team to introduce the use of robotics to perform some of the more arduous DM tasks. My current role utilizes my strong project, change and stakeholder management skills. I have a BSc focused in Maths and Computing from University of Westminster.
