Creating a management system for the company in preparation for ISO accreditation. Assisting with bookings and creating job packs to ensure fluidity in the service side of the business.

Responsible for ensuring compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001. Monitoring the internal audit schedule and completing internal and company audits. Implementing, reviewing, and streamlining procedures. Providing QA support according to site requirements. Supporting projects to ensure the compliant delivery of requirements.

Responsible for the Quality Management System. Involved in Business Continuity (Lead Assessor), Information Security (ISO27001/2), and ensuring conformity to AS9100. Responsible for supplier approvals worldwide, supplier development, developing customer relationships. Involved in implementing visual and lean tools within the company. Responsible for co-ordinating bids, process creation, review and improvements. Manager of the HGEL Audit Team. Successfully completed the following courses: AS9100 Foundation Course, AS9100 Internal Auditor and ISO9001:2008 Lead auditor and Prince 2 Foundation. In addition to the quality requirements I also had a responsibility for managing the internet site and the promotional items for Hyde Group Engineering Ltd.
