To ensure consistent team performance and excellent customer service the Service Manager (Lo) 2 utilizes initiative, discretion, and sound judgement to effectively supervise, observe, coach and provide feedback to team members. In addition to team management the Service Manager (LO) 2 must expertly manage complex customer concerns and transactions while ensuring compliance with all operational regulations, sales and service process, polices and procedures. The Service Manager (LO) 2 is also responsible for effective scheduling, managing the Teller line, lobby management, and delegating essential tasks to ensure operational integrity while creating a positive customer experience. Bankers also assist other team members, such as Tellers, with training in product knowledge, cross sell opportunities and Wells Fargo policies and procedures.
