I have a very exciting role within Modular SIPS.At Modular SIPs we Manufacture Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) providing the latest technology in building systems SIPs are one of the most environmentally responsible building systems available on the market today. A SIP building provides extremely high levels of insulation and is extremely airtight, meaning that the amount of energy used to heat and cool a room can be cut by up to 50%. SIPs buildings are more energy efficient, stronger, quieter and more draft free than older technology systems like Timber. We manufacture SIP building Kits off-site in our workshops in Lancashire. This greatly reduces installation time on-site, saving on labour costs and enabling contractors to complete more buildings per annumWe have a wide range of products from SIP kits available including Garden Rooms/Offices Orangeries, Lodges, Garages, Stables, Bike and Quad stores, Chemical Stores and Self Storage to name a few. We also offer a new innovative storage solution to eradicate condensation within containers by lining them with the new technology of SIP Panels.Along side the SIP Kits we also manufacture exterior cladding boards which we apply profile finishes using our CNC machines, we offer direct render boards, A1 fire rated boards an innovative product offering a 50 year guarantee against rot. We also manufacture and supply structural steel base systems, a choice of roofing material and a full assortment of windows and doors.
