As the founder of Heart & Soul Fitness, I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I started my career in track and field, where Olympic Champion Tessa Sanderson spotted me. I then trained for 8 years to pursue my dream of becoming a professional athlete. During this time my drive and motivation continued abroad where I spent years teaching like-minded young, driven, and gifted athletes. I have also found time to run several Marathons around the World raising money for Children With Leukemia.I set up Heart & Soul Fitness in 2003. We feel fitness shouldn't just be about hard work, it should also be enjoyable. That's why we have a well-equipped team of over 20 personal trainers, each with different key attributes to suit our clients' needs. Our individually tailored training plans are specifically written for you, so we can assess and help you accomplish your goals. A lot of our clients lead a very busy lifestyle, that's why we have now developed digital training plans for you to download from the website. These are available within the shop, and are perfect for anyone starting out, or who wants to further develop their training. At Heart & Soul Fitness we cater for all requirements.
