“Hakuna Matata” While this small quote reminds most people of a fun song from a children’s movie, it reminds me to stay humble, calm, and take everything with a grain of salt. It helps me every time I fall down, and reminds me that I can get back up and keep reaching my goals.I am a Plastics Engineering Technology student at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. I am pursuing a minor in Accountancy, and will graduate in May of 2019. As a woman in the engineering field, I have learned what it really means to be strong, smart, and valuable. I have taken my experiences and learned every step of the way. I am very involved on Campus, including 5 different Registered Student Organizations, and have held leadership roles in several of them. I aim to become a better leader, team member, and person everyday.
