We help with the initial set up and act as outsourced GC as they grow and expand. I also represent emerging & public clients mainly in TMC (Technology, Media & Communications), Life Sciences and Defence & Aerospace sectors - in cross-border & domestic purchase & sale transactions and tax-driven restructurings in Europe, the Middle East & Asia.

Leading a team specialising in advising electronics and communications companies from the Pacific Northwest USA on their European investment and growth strategies as well as British companies on the same as they look to export/expand to the USA.

Running both County and High Court litigation for a wide variety of clients including technology, real estate and private wealth in a highly technical area of UK law.

As a trainee, I completed four, six month rotational seats in different departments of the firm (1) Corporate Tax (2) Investment Funds (3) Commercial Litigation (4) Real Estate Litigation.
