About Sarah Cole

I am a solicitor and qualified life coach who has worked with CEOs and Executives for nearly 30 years with a specialism in the ethics and compliance space. After a career practicing law in corporate, commercial, banking and finance and property litigation fields I was in a life changing, serious car accident that changed the trajectory of my professional and personal life. I followed a new path as a successful conference director across Europe and the Middle East developing life-long authentic relationships and thoughtful, insightful programmes. I directed international conferences in many sectors including legal, compliance and ethics, pharma and health, construction, real estate and finance, crafting programs to drive forward leadership, knowledge and expertise commissioning world-class speakers, including key C-suite executives, members of the senior judiciary and lawyers recognised as leaders in their fields globally and internationally celebrated public figures. INTEGRITYI transitioned to a further ten years as a Culture, Compliance and Ethics Specialist and Risk Adviser for Multinationals assisting executives in developing strategies that simultaneously drive ethical corporate cultures with greater productivity and performance, as well as building effective compliance and ethics programmes. Across these careers I have navigated ethical dilemmas and have 'walked the talk', I have seen time and time again how tough and isolating it is at the top and I have helped and supported my many contacts, colleagues and friends overcome multiple challenges both personally and professionally.I have created Cole Forums to give CEOs and executives a genuine support and advisory forum where they can build a better business and live a better life with the support of their peers.
