With well over 20 years in the dental industry, initially as a dental assistant then as a practice manager, I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience on how a small business operates and functions on a day today basis.As a practice manager many of my achievements have been to streamline practice processes to promote operational improvements, monitor operations to ensure legislative compliance, creating and implementing new patient service strategies to positively influence practice performance,ensuring financial processes are implemented and reviewing staff structures and operational hours.I am proficient in HR management specifically in supporting staff learning through educational seminars, mentoring staff, conducting staff appraisals and managing recruitment.
