In the newly created role of Service Manager, I held responsibility for driving the delivery of high quality care services to a portfolio of customers across Australia, whilst maintaining adherence to customer and jurisdictional requirements. The effective delivery of services to clients experiencing physical and psychological disability as a result of motor vehicle and workplace accidents was central to the performance of the role. Acting as an advocate for the customer portfolio, I worked with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain Konekt’s quality systems inorder to provide best practice service delivery.

The role encompassed business development and customer relationship activities, strategic planning and programme development, mentoring and leadership to a team of 4 Branch Managers, in addition to financial management and accountability for of the regions P&L. This position was a maternity leave cover; however I was employed as a permanent employee of the business and following my own period of maternity leave, also undertook project work for the national team.

Operations Manager, holding responsibility and accountability for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness and organised approach of all service streams delivered by the business across 11 sites within NSW and South East QLD. Service streams included Workplace Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention, Training and Consultancy, Disability Management Services, Job Capacity Assessments and National Panel of Assessors. The role encompassed business development and customer relationship activities, strategic planning and programme development, mentoring and leadership to a team of 10 Regional Managers, in addition to financial management and accountability for a budget of $6.5M.

Field Services Manager, holding responsibility and accountability for managing a team of up to 12 Injury Management Consultants, Administration Support Officers and an Assistant Manager, covering the areas of London and the Home Counties, South East England, Midlands, Wales and South West England.
