- Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and an impeccable customer experience - Ask open ended questions to learn more about customers lifestyles and wellness goals in order to identify the right products to help them achieve those goals, and match their needs with the features & benefits to our products- Enroll all customers into Membership or Loyalty Programs and actively engage in product sampling throughout the day - Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals

- Assist with streamlining company social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities- Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis to determine when the best time to post is as well as increase follower count- Actively managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests- Preparing client presentations, content calendars, identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
