As the Sales Manager at LSR, I play a pivotal role in driving profitable revenue and spearheading operational excellence within the organization. Coach and follow the sales process in order to win new business aligned with the strategic focus of LSR.

Support sales and leadership teams on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts. Responsible for reviewing daily and weekly sales reports to identify opportunities that need to be maximized. Sell high-quality business that fits the company’s sales and go-to-market strategies. Own and participate in creating winning quotes and proposals that differentiate the company.

Responsible for entering estimates into CRM at the initial phase of the sales process. Compose proposals based on business development managers notes, scopes, and take offs. Ensure that all proposals have proper documentation and a complete scope before sending to customer.
