> Manage the talent acquisition process, including maintaining applicant tracking system, job postings, interview scheduling, testing, candidate care, generation, and extension of offer letters. > Recommend, develop, and schedule training and development courses as needed for employees and management to achieve operational excellence.> Participate in the development of new strategic HR initiatives and overall corporate initiatives. Ensure policy compliance with benefits, compensation, and employment law issues.>Effectively coordinate overall HR support to ensure needs are met in a timely, high-quality manner for staffing, employee relations, training, development, recognition, performance management, and coaching and other HR related services.

Manage, lead and be accountable for the sales and operations activities in a branch, ensure that we provide quality staffing help services to the clients, and achieve a profit for the company in the profit center.> Oversee the operations function to ensure a sufficient supply of staffing employees is available to meet client needs and quality control programs are being followed and documented. Ensure TRC policies and procedures are followed.> Recruit, hire and train all branch personnel.
