I am proud to work with like-minded partners to make an impact by embracing the following ideas: - If you treat individuals well, acknowledging them as whole people, you will cultivate an environment that delivers excellent client service. - You should always be learning something new (about yourself, your industry, your people, etc.). - Boundaries are key to creating a healthy work place, and a healthy, balanced life. - Success isn't always about hitting your KPIs, but about the quality of the experience had by your staff and your client.The professional services industry has led me to an enriching career doing two of my favorite things: maximizing the potential of others and contributing to missions that grow our collective community. My favorite conversations include helping colleagues and partners solve challenges through coaching, strategic planning, and finding data-driven solutions that provide maximum benefit to members of the team, our clients, and our external partners. Serving is also key to my identity and I am proud to sit on multiple committees with The Giving Institute and to volunteer with several regional nonprofit organizations, serving youth, women, and young professionals.
