CurrentFirst person to step into newly established role, overseeing event sales growth and strategy for 11 concert venues in 4 markets across USA. Increased venue rental income by 35% in first year, while implementing updated business processes and marketing strategy. Oversee team of two sales managers, while project managing alongside dozens of internal and external partners to accomplish goals.Duties include business development, establishing and tracking annual sales goals, maintaining relationships with key partners (other departments, venue contractors, community organizations, and vendors), providing leadership to team members, implementing business strategies based upon industry standards, and general oversight of a successful rental program that brings other events into our rooms outside of concerts.
