Responsible for the provision of a full range of commercial and Contract duties for MAN TP Procurement Packages; including preparing and awarding framework call off and non-framework contracts to budget and schedule, whilst ensuring that sound commercial governance, control and alignment to business plan objectives is maintained.

To develop and deliver a Procurement Strategy that compliments the Trust's Social VFM Strategy and Business Plan Objectives. Leading the development and management of a centralised approach to Procurement, establishing new processes and systems to deliver an effective co-ordinate approach. Including:- Identifying best practice- Negotiation of procurement contracts- Contract management- Procurement forward planning- Utilising framework agreements available for charities- Supplier relationship management- Internal promotion of the procurement function- Management of the transactional procurement process- Management of full procure to pay serviceTo develop and deliver a Trust wide Fleet Management Strategy, including:- Procurement of vehicles- Insurance- Driver qualificationsTo develop and deliver a Trust wide Premises Strategy including periodic reviews of the Trusts non-housing stock. Including:- Management of commercial properties (maintenance/ letting/ repairs)- Security of premisesResponsible for the Corporate Services Admin staff ensuring effective delivery of the service, leading the team to provide first class customer service.
