This also included helping out the Clinical and Laboratory staff with patient questions. I was also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Clinics I was responsible for, which included ensuring the patient pathway was efficient and effective with timely appointments being made for every patient.I worked with the administration teams in each Clinic as their Manager on a regular basis to provide support and leadership to ensure the reception and administration teams were all providing the very best patient service at all times. This reflected in our patient feedback questionnaire forms where 99% of patients would use The London Women’s Clinic again and recommend the Clinics to their friends and family. I was also responsible for implementing new business ideas which positively increased Clinic growth and revenue. I have implemented many changes over the years which has increased patient numbers, reduced the number of complaints and increased revenue. An example of this was our Test your Fertility events in 2010/2011 where I won a local business award for best innovation idea of ‘Test Your Fertility Days’ in the North-East of England. Other Fertility Clinics soon followed suit and implemented Fertility MOT’s across the UK.I have also been the main point of contact on the day of HFEA Inspections as I was also responsible for the delivery of the Quality Management System which included ensuring internal audits were completed in time, and ensuring that corrective action was effective following a non-conformance.I really enjoy taking the lead responsibility in all tasks that are asked of me and have always delivered high quality work which has sometimes involved complex change.
