Spearheaded creative social media content initiatives for book launch campaigns: Voyage to the Great Indies (translated by Serge Jardin) and The Princess of Malacca.Designed and curated cohesive visual themes for Instagram and Facebook posts, from pre-sale promotions to book launch announcements with Canva and Adobe Illustrator.Produce video content for Instagram and Facebook Reels that showcased the essence of each book in a dynamic and immersive manner with Capcut, optimising for maximum reach and engagement. Videos achieved a peak viewership of over 17k views.

Echo Film Fest celebrates cinema and performing arts by hosting a short film competition and screening event to showcase creative cinematic works. Organised by Sunway Echo Media, aspiring filmmakers are invited to unleash your creativity and showcase your vision with a community of film enthusiasts. We gave out RM 3500 in total to be won by three winners including a FujiFilm camera to the champion, in collaboration with FujiFilm Malaysia.As Secretary, I was responsible for preparing pre-event, internal event and external event proposals as well as scheduling committee meetings and recording meeting minutes. Echo Awareness Week was Sunway Echo Media's first flagship event, involving four physical workshops covering topics related to four of our departments (Creative Writing, Event Reporting, PR & Design, and Video Production). Industry experts for each field were invited to share relevant skills and talk about their experiences in their respective industries. Some notable speakers that were invited include Ming Han (BlankSlate and prominently known for The Ming Thing), Charissa Ong (Author of Midnight Monologues), and Dina Murad (Former journalist at The Star and BBC).As part of the Marketing and Design team, my responsibilities included:- Design marketing timeline and strategies- Oversee all outreach programs, marketing campaigns and publicity initiatives- Ensure that the branding of the event/project aligns with the agreed upontheme/objectives- Manage the event/project postings on all social media platforms

Developed WordPress Custom Themes, WooCommerce setups, and Multilingual Themes while building reusable code libraries for scalability and future projects for digital products on web and mobile platforms.Ensured the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for speed, scalability, cross-browser, and cross-device compatibility.Collaborated with a cross-functional team of senior front-end developers, contributing to cohesive project execution, website maintenance, deployment, and migration.

Redesigned and developed Nutmeg Books' website with cross-browser/cross-device compatibility while optimising site structure and content SEO that resulted in a 429% increase in impressions within 6 months. Acquired knowledge in using tools like SASS for better CSS development.

Experimented on Machine learning & AI technologies and testing with various Chatbot framework platforms in order to develop a Chatbot via Dialogflow ES according to the company's business requirements and goals.
