During this time I was involved in the development and characterisation of non-antibody binding protein, phage display libraries, including the Adhiron scaffold. The main part of my role was involved in biomarker target selection and then development of non-antibody based binding proteins (antibody mimetics) against a range of human biomarker proteins for incorporation into electrical biosensors.
