Head of Service accountable for quality, improvement and governance across a circa £50m business. Responsible for executing high-profile projects spanning business strategy, reorganisation, business processes, IT applications and new contract mobilisations.Key achievements include heading up a major business restructure leading to circa £700k p/a savings, operationally delivering the move to Microsoft D365, efficiency planning resulting in circa £100k p/a savings, leading a new repairs and voids contract through go live during covid, and leading the business into ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 accreditations.

Overall P&L accountability for circa £15m p/a on our Slough BC contract. Responsible for the delivery of Repairs, Voids, Capital Works, Gas, Compliance, Estate Services and overall Customer Experience. Directing the Senior Management Team to deliver a great service and achieve our Partnership goals.

Business Transformation lead in our Communities sector, managing our Business Management System and lead in continuous improvement across our contracts and centrally.
