As a HR Recruiter at Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the non-profit, education, and community support services sectors. I have successfully filled over 100 roles in the past year, thanks to my talent sourcing and customer service skills.I am also an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University, where I teach the Coaching in Early Childhood Education Certification course. I have been teaching this course for six years. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring educators and helping them develop their skills and competencies.I am passionate about working hard and making a difference in the lives of others. I seek to connect and understand diverse perspectives and have an affinity for learning new things. I love nature and outdoor adventure, and I spend my free time playing piano, reading, exploring, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and our rescued rover, Sunny Bunny.
