It started in Tokyo in 2003 and is in over 1,000 cities around the world. I coordinate each event for the committee that selects and mentors participants. Track and pay all invoices due to the event. • Prepare event reports for Board meetings annually, prepare an events section for bi-monthly reports from the President. • Design, advertise and implement annual Winter Trips and twice annual day activities into the Park, coordinating with Park personnel, Park concessionaires and donor prospects.• Work closely with Annual Fund Manager to design, promote and implement YPF’s annual 1872 Society event in the Park. • Participate in Prospect Strategy Meetings with President, Director of Major Gifts (DMG), and other Development team members to identify donors and strategize on cultivation. • Assist the DMG with identifying individuals for cultivation and prepare biographical reports on event attendees or for donor meetings.• Notate all pertinent information in donor management software.• Support DMG in grant writing.• High standard of professional ethics, strict adherence to donor confidentiality.
