Working as a content expert subcontractor with Incite Agency for Change and United Way of Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties to develop a Comprehensive Housing Case Manager Training; a research-based, evidence-informed training curriculum for housing case workers and direct service providers in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties with the goal of availability across Oregon.

*Provide leadership, supervision, and evaluation of the District Student and Family Advocate Team.*Develop training, facilitate regular meetings, and serve as the point of contact for the District Student and Family Advocate Team.*Develop and manage the budget for the District Student and Family Advocate Team including finding financial support for families served by this team. *Provide direct service to and manage the caseload for families with more complex needs.*Serve as the District point of contact for students in the foster care system.*Serve as the District liaison for the Benton County Health Navigator Program*Provide consultation to building administrators and school staff in support of families experiencing marginalization and/or homelessness with the goal of developing a school environment that maintains educational opportunities for children. *Collaborate directly with and serve as the District liaison to community partners including private non-profit organizations, the City of Corvallis, and Benton County agencies with regard to issues of homelessness, food insecurity, and any other needed family support.*Serve as the McKinney-Vento liaison and advocate for families who are working through educational, physical, and transportation issues related to homelessness or high mobility. *Ensure that children experiencing homelessness are located and enrolled in school through contact with local service providers and shelters. *Coordinate annual training for all staff on McKinney-Vento and responsibilities of staff to uphold the rights of students and families experiencing homelessness and high mobility.*Provide professional learning opportunities for staff and community partners in the area of homelessness, poverty, domestic violence, and other marginalizing factors and their impact on students.Collect accurate data regarding the number of students experiencing homelessness.

• Provide offsite supervision to MSW interns placed at Corvallis Housing First. • Conduct weekly meetings with the student to discuss their placement (challenges, ethical dilemmas, client intervention plans)• Help students create learning plan, conduct mid-point and end of year evaluations.

The HOPE Advisory Board is a joint effort between Benton County and the City of Corvallis to facilitate a comprehensive, coordinated response from the county, cities, and diverse community partners, leaders, and persons experiencing homelessness.

While CALYX has long existed to provide a platform for women’s work, it is an intersectional platform that serves to spotlight the voices of underrepresented communities in the literary world. I recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns to support CARDV's programs in many capacities, including both advocate and administrative roles.I work as a direct service advocate, supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by:-Answering CARDV's 24-hour crisis and support line-Providing case management and emotional support to survivors in CARDV's confidential shelters-Providing support and advocacy to DV and SA survivors in the hospital-Assisting survivors with restraining orders and navigating the legal system-Providing transportation and accompaniment while survivors attend meetings with community partners-Crisis response to meet with survivors in the community

Multnomah County Domestic Violence Program/Gateway Center

I provide short-term mental health and addiction counseling to survivors of domestic violence. I provide counseling services at the Gateway Center and at three Portland-area domestic violence shelters. I complet Behavioral Health Assessments and DSM-V diagnoses.

I provided group and individual trauma recovery therapy, including exposure therapy, to adult women sexual assault survivors. I also facilitated a psychoeducational support group for teen girl survivors. I completed Mental Health Assessments, including DSM-5 diagnoses.

Co-facilitated a 33-week Trauma Recovery and Empowerment (TREM) group for women, co-facilitated a trauma recovery group for teen girls, provided case management to TREM group members.

Portland, Oregon Area

Provided healthy relationships and dating violence education to teens in the form of empowerment groups, classroom presentations, and dating violence awareness projects. Provided a group, crisis response and advocacy to girls in juvenile detention.
