I am a senior Change and Transformation professional with significant experience managing a wide range of projects, programmes and portfolios, and specialising in Regulatory change and Strategy & Transformation across Risk, Finance, Treasury and Operations.I am currently a portfolio manager at Barclays for a portfolio of bank-wide regulatory and control change programmes.Previous experience includes leading the mobilisation of a Climate and Environmental Risk programme for the Risk function and as Programme Director for major regulatory changes. I led Barclays’ global implementation programme for the IFRS9 Accounting Standards (Sep 2015 - Aug 2018), and the Basel III regulatory change implementation for Barclays Finance (2012-2013). I have led the design and delivery of organisation and transformation change, as both a programme manager and business manager / chief of staff, aligned to responsibility for operational management (including cost/workforce management, service delivery and people strategy) as well as organisational design (op model, location strategy and org structure). I have an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck College (University of London). I have a strong interest in people strategy and workplace behaviour, culture and organisational design, which was reflected in my masters research on work and non-work boundary management in a remote working setting. I am a Trustee of Allergy UK (a national charity) and a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Board for Allergy Research Limited, which is the charity’s ‘not for profit’ trading subsidiary generating income for the charity (2018- to date).
