I provide recruitment, project, operational and administrative support to the Early Years Leadership team. During my time with Kingston City Council I have varied accomplishments. Over the last 12 months my role has evolved and I currently report to the Early Years Operations Leader and Team Leader, working across the three Family and Children's Centres. Key responsibilities:Attend stakeholder meetings, providing insight and feedback from service clients and staff alike.Develop reports for key internal stakeholders to provide insight into development areas, as well as identifying projections for budgets.Organise and execute professional development events for the wider organisational body of all three centres.Liaise with external vendors, negotiating quotes based upon given budgets.Negotiate on behalf of and with the best interests of the organisation to implement processes that benefit the organisations workflow.Support recruitment for the Family and Children's Centres.
