Ladieswear buyer

- Handling the following buying division within the business for both men’s/ ladies, boys & girls; Accessories (headwear, backpacks/bags jewellery, wallets, cosmetic etc) Smalls (underwear & pajamas)- Identifying key opportunities and tactical plans to deliver on the growth targets- Maintain strong relationships and continuous contact with suppliers, negotiating with confidence to ensure a positive stock and trading position- Access weekly sales performances ensuring immediate action on supply & demand- Maintain awareness of the overall Buying strategy, ensuring the category’s strategy is cohesive and aligned to the wider Buying department and consistent with the overall vision.- Travel between Cities to access stores and meet with suppliers- Networking continuously to source new supply vendors with Stock deal purchases-Research and develop seasonal trend guides using internal and external resources-Work closely with suppliers to ensure stock is delivered to the warehouse on time, packaged correctly, and as cost-effective as possible.-Product design & development, ensuring fits and conducted and sealed according to design brief- Increased business sales by during Covid
