During my internship at the Inn I learned the extreme planning for the corporate and wedding events all the way to the execution end. I was there on wedding days from 11 am to 1 am from start to finish and took in every detail known in order to have a successful day. Reaching the end of my internship I was the onsite event manager for one of the corporate groups in house. My supervisor put in a lot of trust for me to run many events through my 5 months as a contact onsite.

Being a tourist aid I was present for the day to day tasks when tourists would come to town. I educated the public on what there was to do during the time of their vacation. I also worked with the sales team at the visitors bureau setting up for the familiarization tour and visitors guide.
