The Carrot Green Roof & Garden is an 8000 sq. ft. rooftop oasis and meeting place. We grow a variety of different gardens and food crops. The space was created to demonstrate the power of green space in an urban environment and designed to encourage community building through knowledge sharing and demonstration.

Co-founded this tour business with the goal of connecting city folk to their food source. The bus tours brought people from Toronto to local farms to bridge the gap between eaters and growers. We offer seasonal day trips to the public, private tours for groups and student trips.

Taught Nutrition and The Environment, a course based on an underlying philosophy that healthy balanced environments maintain and promote human health.

Accountable for day-to-day operations and overall management of a 190 bed traveller’s hostel and bar. Directly responsible for managing all departments including; front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and bar. Recruited, interviewed, selected and evaluated a staff of 20+ employees.
