I was introduced to the background screening industry in 1998, when I faxed results back to clients of my parents' company (Androcles) during my high school summers. I thought to myself I would never work in such a boring industry!!! Fast forward to 2007, I asked my parents if I could move back in and my Dad to roll out of retirement and help me start Roundstone. The name came from the street my parent's lived on at the time. I had worked in advertising and all the big boys had their own street (Coca Cola Plaza, etc). We pulled my brother, Bobby into the biz in 2009. We let our Dad retire again in 2019, so he could attend to more important things....golf. I've had more fun than I could've ever imagined building this company. We have an amazing team of 12 now and I couldn't be more proud.
