Sarah Dominguez, PT, MSPT, CLT, WCS received her training at the University of Missouri, in Columbia, MO. She began treating pelvic floor dysfunction in 2002 at the Rehabilitation institute of Chicago. She has developed three successful pelvic floor programs at three separate clinics. She has experience as a Clinical Director for a private clinic based out of Columbia, MO, as well as starting and growing a pelvic floor rehabilitation program for a private clinic in Lee’s Summit, MO. She most recently has worked at the University of Kansas Hospital where she developed the pelvic floor rehabilitation program there. While working at KU, Sarah has completed her certification in lymphedema therapy in 2009 and has enjoyed expanding her practice to include more of the oncology population. Sarah received board certification in Women's Health Physical Therapy in 2015.Now, Sarah is the proud owner of a small private physical therapy practice that specializes in pelvic dysfunction and oncology rehab. Foundational Concepts, Specialty Physical Therapy was founded with her partner, Jennifer Cumming, MSPT, CLT. They are the only clinic in Kansas City that offers pelvic physical therapy as its primary focus.
