Currently serving as a grade level leader, I possess the confidence and expertise to lead a team in promoting positive education. I excel in analyzing comprehensive grade data and collaborating with teachers to utilize this information to drive progress in the classroom. I am confident in using technology to support and deliver innovative learning experiences. I prioritise creating an environment where children feel safe, respected, and nurtured. I take great pride in my communication skills, building positive relationships with staff, parents, and the children. By nurturing these relationships, I can create a safe space where children are aware of their value and therefore flourish as confident individual learners.
