CurrentAs a medical intern at the hospital, my primary responsibilities is to assist and shadow doctors and nurses in various departments. I gain extensive experience by observing patient consultations, participating in rounds, and attending surgical procedures. Additionally, I am responsible for collecting and documenting patient medical histories, performing physical examinations, and administering basic treatments under the guidance of senior medical staff.Throughout my internship, I focus on developing strong interpersonal and communication skills, as I frequently interact with patients and their families. I provided emotional support and reassurance to patients during difficult times while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Moreover, I learn how to effectively collaborate within interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring the best possible patient care.I actively engage in continuous learning initiatives, attending conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated with the latest medical advancements. This allows me to enhance my knowledge on various medical conditions, diagnostic procedures, and treatment plans.In addition to clinical duties, I also participate in several research projects, where I conduct literature reviews, collect data, and collaborate with senior physicians to analyze and interpret results.
