Sales Director for the local market leading independant estate agent.

Following a family move to the South West. Employed on a 3 month contract to cover for the senior partner during his sabbatical. Contract extended for a further four months whilst the company undergo a rebrand/restructure.

Transferred from Property Auctioneers into Private Treaty. Agreeing 19 sales in first month as a negotiator before being promoted to rescue an underperforming sales office in Richmond, Surrey. Took office into profit for the first time in six years by recruiting sales team and implementing a customer focussed attitude in the office. After 12 months, I was transferred to turn around the Chiswick Office. Increased market share, turnover and profit over a four year period.

Employed in an admin position and transferred into Sales in 1993, setting up the North West Auction Division. Within National Division I had responsibility for all major corporate client accounts including Mountview Estates PLC, Santander, HBOS group, AMG, Housing Associations, Local Government amongst others.
