Just Energy provides energy management solutions specializing in electricity and natural gas commodities, energy efficiency solutions, and renewable green energy options. Our mission is to develop leading energy solutions for customers through continuous innovation and superior customer experiences. As the recruiter for the Cleveland region, I source and select new talent for our growing sales force and work in conjunction with management to coordinate training, track productivity, and meet and exceed office goals. Major aspects of this position that I love include establishing and maintaining connections with community partners to help fulfill recruitment needs and representing the company at local events such as job&resource fairs and participating in local workshops. In April 2017, I was awarded "Most Valuable Recruiter" in Just Energy.

While working as a teaching assistant in the southwest of France, I had to the opportunity to collaborate with language professors to offer a more effective English language learning experience to students, some with barriers to learning, from ages 10 to 18.

I had the opportunity to get involved with CRATICE, the student technology and communications center of the University of Pau, while studying abroad in a USAC program. In this internship, I gained exposure and gave support to daily activities including filming and uploading University content. I also acted as event coordinator for a televised debate on Feminism in France, celebrating the 60th anniversary of women's right to vote.
