I currently manage the billing and enrollment operations at Sanford Health, one of the largest and most innovative rural healthcare providers in the country. I ensure the accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of billing and enrollment processes. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to implement and improve policies, systems, and procedures that enhance the quality and efficiency of our services. I have a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare management from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational behavior and leadership from Edgewood College. I have developed and demonstrated skills in office administration, health insurance, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
