My role at UWE is to maintain and develop partnerships with local Chinese universities, including long-term articulation programmes and short term exchanges, recruitment for summer camps; Facilitate faculty visits from UWE Faculty of Business and Law and Faculty of Engineering and Technology to partners (help to issue invitation letter, identify the right partner to meet with, translate during the meetings, draft MOU and do the following up services ); Recruit students for In-country English classes, coordinate with Leader at UWE English language center, liaise with domestic partners re facility, recruitment, contract and etc. Also I work closely with the agency network of UWE and am the team leader for social media operations to make sure all digital information about UWE are up-to-date.

The marketing/sales role at Navitas has brought me a large network with clients, agents (like mega agencies and also small-and-medium sized companies) and industrial peers. A lot of clients are not just clients, they become friends for lifetime. During the two years experience, I have cultivated myself with strong sense of providing good service to the customers, conducting annual/seasonal marketing plan, budget control and problem resolving to meet the best benefit of all stakeholders. I have really enjoyed working together with a big family of talented people here.

My current job trained me to be a good teamwork player; able to keep good relation with six colleges of the consortium; a good coordinator between departments when setting up the official website; able to work under pressure, target-oriented and are capable of using modern social media, like QQ and wechat to communicate with agencies. I am also a good translator and have good understanding of different cultures.
