My role is to develop and maintain positive relationships between prisoners and their loved ones, with the aim of reducing the likelihood of prisoners re-offending through supporting and maintaining family contact. I lead and deliver a service that ensures prisoners, their children, carers and other relatives have access to appropriate advice, guidance, learning opportunities, care and support to better enable them to maintain or enhance positive relationships. I assist in developing referral pathways for families, prisoners and other professionals to access the service, as well as pathways into other relevant services. I co-ordinate staff resources to ensure the smooth running and high performance of a comprehensive service which runs alongside, and complements that provided by the prisons.

Provide support and care to young children with emotional, behavioural and challenging behaviour. I worked towards building good relationships with both service users, their families and services involved in their care.Safeguard the children, help to facilitate and encourage their education, improve the young person’s school attendance and punctuality and encourage them to identify and fulfil their goals and ambitions.

To support and work towards improving the lives of people age 16+ experiencing mental health illnesses, drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness in Derbyshire. Providing direct support services and accommodation to my case load of clients on an individual basis. This included being a point of contact with referring agents and working alongside partnership agencies to maximise positive outcomes for the clients.Creating regular support plans and risk assessments for each client whilst ensuring I safeguard each individual under my care. I provide general, practical and emotional support to clients tailored to their specific needs, in order to promote their independence and recovery whilst maintaining their own tenancy.

I specialise in sourcing admin, secretarial and general white collar roles within the Sheffield on a temporary basis. I worked to achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements. Carrying out a wide range of sales activities, including cold calling, telephone sales, prospect visits and mailshots. I work to expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively following up on sales calls and pursuing all sales opportunities. Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates' interview experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategies. I have a strong desire to succeed, win business and grow my desk.

I work directly with youths identified as ‘at risk’ aged 15-24 years, providing training to gain a certificate in Leadership whilst having a duty of care towards the students. I planned and taught the program as well organising activity days. I also help the students to gain and build upon general life skills such food shopping, preparation of meals, communication and people skills. I worked closely with the police, community youth support officers, social workers and at times the courts. We provided a pick-up and drop off service to the youths.
