When I told my parents I was going to major in recreation, I recall blank stares and concern. I wasn’t exactly sure what I’d do, but I was drawn to the idea that my future job could involve helping others have fun. Fast forward almost 20 years later, and I’ve had the pleasure of always working in an industry of connection and fun; whether it be youth sports or taking visitors to the top of the Gateway Arch. I enjoy looking at the big picture of operations and focusing on an internal and external guest-first philosophy. My work experiences have given me the skills to manage and grow a small business and support an urban jewel national park. I’m passionate about leadership, project management, marketing, budgeting (really, I am!), and providing a first-class guest experience.
