I designed a copyright and trade mark policy which included designing and presenting copyright training presentations to staff, creating a copyright site on Christie’s intranet, creating a common approach to trade mark registration and dispute management and appointing new specialist external counsel.

Creating a training program to ensure compliance with the (then) Trade Practices Act which included a web-based training program, various guides and standard policies and bi-annual training sessions for over 300 employees.
