My thorough understanding of business process and my ability to assess customer needs resulted in an opportunity to advance to a newly created project management role at CBE.During my time in this role, I continued to build my relationships with internal sales teams, engineering teams, product vendors, cabling vendors, and customers to ensure clear communication of project objectives, roles, design and implementation for a positive and productive outcome.I learned to utilize various means of communication to facilitate live project updates via video conferencing, conference tools and onsite meetings. I began at CBE Technologies as a temporary Administrative Assistant through a staffing agency. Upon completion of a 2 month assignment, I and was invited back to the company as permanent employee in a Project Coordinator role.In a short time, I had learned the basics of IT brake fix work, balancing resources and scheduling for both reactive service requests and proactive implementation project work while handling incoming calls and front desk computer repair requests.In addition to refining multitasking skills, I was given the opportunity to manage daily assignments for technicians and engineers, exposing me to planning and design discussions and creative problem solving techniques that arose when resources were constrained. I was later given full ownership of the repair process from scheduling, warehouse part management, service repair closure and billing.During this time I cultivated relationships with area businesses and schools departments which enabled me to expedite service based on my knowledge of customer environments and repair history. This resulted in new and renewed service contracts for our sales teams.

Processing and tracking service orders was one of many hats I wore while at Global Crossing Telecommunications. Additionally, I managed over all office administrative duties and was the first person to greet business partners at the office or on the phone, allowing me the opportunity to develop soft skills. Within 3 months, I had been recommended for a Client Service position.
