With over a two decades of experience, our team at MIT has been at the forefront of sharing open educational resources (OER) at scale. I have most recently contributed as Assistant Director, Open Education Innovation. My team has accelerated the OpenCourseWare Educator Initiative, reaching educators worldwide, and facilitated collaborations with minority serving institutions promoting equity through OER. Our mission aligns with MIT's culture of innovation, as we strive to democratize learning. As host of the Chalk Radio Podcast, I also bring diverse perspectives to conversations about teaching, learning, and issues that impact our global communities.
