I offer one to one coaching services in the Brighton and Hove area and London. Helping people reach their full potential in life or at work. With a particular focus on working with professional women, female entrepreneurs and women experiencing a transition, or a redefinition of life or work roles.I studied Coaching with Cambridge University for two years and qualified in 2016, I am also a member of the Coaching Association. I view myself as a person-centered coach, but take a holistic approach to coaching, drawing on theory approaches including Gestalt, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral coaching. I have coached clients from the following key sectors: Insurance, Finance, IT and Community / Public Sector; working with clients across a variety of goals including business performance, career development, health and well being and life transition.I also have eight years experience in the Community Development Sector; highly skilled in Project Management, Community Engagement, Research and Impact evaluation and bid writing. I have successfully built partnerships across many sectors including: the Third Sector, Local Authorities, Education, the Business Community, Faith Sector.
